北市加強取締露天燃燒為好空氣把關

(記者黃秀麗台北報導)為維護北市空氣品質，減少露天燃燒農業廢棄物，臺北市環保局自104年起於關渡平原二期稻作收割期間，每年持續執行「陸空聯合稽查專案」，強力稽查取締露天燃燒不法行為；該局統計關渡平原收割期間露天燃燒的陳情數已由103年的66件，逐年遞減為104年26件，105年13件，106年1件，顯然已有效達到遏阻露天燃燒的效果。

臺北市環保局表示，今年12月1日起仍將進行「陸空聯合稽查專案」以加強稽查取締，於關渡平原二期稻作收割期間，派員進駐北投垃圾焚化廠觀景臺，利用制高點的優勢，俯瞰關渡平原，一旦發現濃煙升起，立即通報稽查人員進行地面巡查及動用空拍機輔助稽查，陸空同步聯合進擊，讓露天燃燒行為無所遁形，經查獲屬實者，依空氣污染防制法規定，行為人將處新臺幣1千2百元以上10萬元以下罰鍰；違反者為工商廠場，將處新臺幣10萬元以上500萬元以下以罰鍰。

環保局表示，為讓稻農朋友們能更加瞭解環保局禁止露天燃燒的決心，將再指派專人拜訪當地農友及代耕農，面對面宣導說明。另該局為體諒農友的辛勞，也會提供22處集中收運點收受稻草或農業廢棄物，農友如在清運尚有不便之處，可聯繫該局(北投區清潔隊關渡分隊2895-0256、直屬清潔隊8712-3857)協助清運，再送往焚化廠集中焚化處理。(自立晚報2018/11/30)

聖誕節將到，台南奇美博物館將於12月15日起一連二個週末假日舉辦「HOHOHO聖誕週末」活動，遊客入場可以從白天暢遊到夜晚。首次在戶外打造的幸福聖誕樹率先登場，立即成為遊客拍照打卡焦點。（龐清廉報導）聖誕節是西方最重要的節日，台南奇美博物館的主要蒐藏與建築外觀皆與西洋美學相關，因此，今年特別舉辦與博物館氣氛呼應的聖誕主題活動，讓民眾不用出國，就能感受幸福、溫馨的西方佳節體驗。奇美博物館「HOHOHO聖誕週末」活動包羅萬象，範圍涵蓋館內展廳與戶外園區。有體驗多元繁盛的「音樂派對」、應景熱鬧的「聖誕快樂市集」、經典溫馨的「幸福聖誕樹」以及歡樂逗趣的「聖誕老公公遊行」等精采內容。在展覽部分，精選常設展及特展30件必看作品，例如透過「藝術廳」畫作看見耶穌誕生的故事；還有「動物廳」的麋鹿與馴鹿，讓民眾知道那一種鹿才是幫聖誕老公公拉雪橇。展品饒富趣味。配合活動，更首度全館夜間開放，延長常設展、特展參觀時間至晚上九點半。至於奇美博物館首次在戶外打造的幸福聖誕樹，以傳統的金、銀、紅色裝飾球，搭配雪花及綠色樹體，營造出最簡單的幸福感，搭配博物館西洋古典建築外觀，呈現浪漫歐風美景，已經成為拍照打卡焦點。奇美博物館「HOHOHO聖誕週末」活動從12月15日起一連二個週末假日登場，12歲以下持有效證件可免費入場。（活動詳情請上奇美博物館官網查詢：www.chimeimuseum.org。）
